Dear customer, Due to the fact that there has been a huge surge in interest in green products, some of our vendors are having to reassess their systems in order to accommodate increased sales. Delivery times for some larger products, such as beds by Pacific Rim and mattresses by H3Environmental may be a bit longer than you would first expect. We will do our best to provide you with realistic delivery times in order to accommodate your needs. Please have patience while our vendors are going through their growing pains. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday via the U.S. Postal Service, Federal Express or UPS. Standard delivery time is approximately 7 business days. Some products are shipped directly from the producers and may take longer; see notes on individual products. Large items such as furniture, mattresses and rugs will often be shipped by a freight company. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply. Product Availability

We try our best to have all items in stock and ready to ship. However, due to the hand-made, one-of-a-kind nature of some of our products, certain items may not always be available. If an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you immediately with expected availability.

Mail Order Damaged Merchandise

We make every effort to package your purchase with care and have chosen our shippers in part because of their good reputations. Unfortunately, occasional damage does occur. Please examine all packages on arrival and note any visible damage. If an item is clearly damaged, please list the damage in detail on the bill of lading and refuse delivery. If an obviously damaged item is accepted, the purchaser will pay all return charges. If, after removing items from the packaging you notice any damage or defect, please contact us so we may replace the items in the event of manufacturing or packaging errors. All items to be returned must be new and unused. All claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving merchandise.
